At 64 Collectors Hub, we understand that every model in your collection matters. That's why we take the same care shipping your order as you do displaying it.

Carriers & Delivery

We ship all UK orders via Royal Mail and DPD UK, selected based on parcel size and weight to ensure the safest, most reliable delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods such as bank holidays or peak seasons.

Handling Time

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is on its way.

Packaging

Your collectibles deserve to arrive in perfect condition. Every order is:

    • Individually inspected before packing to confirm it meets our quality standards
    • Wrapped securely and placed in a sturdy cardboard box with protective padding
    • Sealed and labelled with care to prevent any movement in transit

We never cut corners on packaging — your models should arrive exactly as they left us.

Combined Postage

Ordering more than one item? Great news — we offer combined postage on multiple purchases. If you're buying several models in one order, postage is calculated on the total parcel weight, so you won't be charged separately for each item. Contact us before completing your purchase if you have any questions about combined shipping costs.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely, but if something does go wrong in transit, we're here to make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, please:

    1. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging immediately upon receipt
    2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your earliest convenience
    3. We will arrange a replacement or full refund in line with our Refund Policy, which includes a 30-day return window
