UK Shipping

We ship UK orders using trusted carriers including Royal Mail and DPD UK. The delivery service used may depend on parcel size, weight, value and destination.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to selected countries and regions through our website.

Shipping options, delivery estimates and costs vary depending on the destination country, parcel size, parcel weight and available carrier services. The exact options and prices available for your address will be shown at checkout before payment.

Duties, Taxes And Import Charges

For eligible international orders, duties, taxes and import charges are calculated and collected at checkout where shown.

When duties and taxes are collected at checkout, they are paid upfront as part of your order total. This means you should not need to pay additional import tax or duty when the parcel arrives.

If checkout does not show prepaid duties or taxes for your destination, additional local charges may apply on delivery depending on your country’s customs rules.

Handling Time

All orders are carefully processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment being confirmed. You will receive tracking information by email as soon as your order is on its way, where tracking is available for the selected service.

Packaging

Your collectibles deserve to arrive safely. Every order is:

  • Individually checked before packing
  • Wrapped securely
  • Placed in a sturdy cardboard box with protective padding
  • Sealed and labelled with care to reduce movement in transit

We never cut corners on packaging. Your models should arrive exactly as they left us.

Combined Postage

Ordering more than one item? We offer combined postage on multiple purchases where possible.

For website orders, postage is calculated at checkout based on the total parcel size, weight and destination, so you will not be charged separately for each item.

Damaged Items

We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives safely. If something goes wrong in transit, we will help.

If your item arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photographs of the damaged item
  • Keep the original packaging
  • Take photographs of the outer parcel and shipping label
  • Use the Shopify Inbox chat button or reply directly to your order confirmation email within 48 hours of delivery

We will review the issue and arrange the appropriate next step in line with our Refund Policy.
