The real Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution IX was introduced in 2005 as one of the final generations to use Mitsubishi’s legendary 2.0-litre turbocharged 4G63 engine. Power was delivered through an advanced all-wheel-drive system, giving the Evo exceptional traction and handling on both road and rally-inspired driving. The Evolution IX also introduced MIVEC variable valve timing to the 4G63, combining strong turbocharged performance with improved response. Its huge rear wing, functional bonnet ventilation, aggressive bodywork and motorsport-developed drivetrain helped make it one of the most celebrated Japanese performance saloons of its era and a favourite among tuning, rally and JDM enthusiasts.

This Majorette release recreates the Evo IX with a strong road-going stance, detailed bodywork and functional opening doors, making it an excellent addition for Mitsubishi, JDM and performance car collectors.
